Na parceli 2569 1237/3 stoji zapuščen objekt, ID stavbe 2569- 61, hišni naslov Javorje 55, Hrpelje - Kozina, glede na GURS letnik 1825, obnovljena l. 1960, NTP 80 m2. Objekt stoji na zemljišču s kmetijsko rabo, kjer stanovanjske stavbe niso dovoljene. Ker gre za objekt starejšega obstoja (leto gradnje 1825). Stavba ima dve etaži (P+M), zraven je pretežno vkopan pomožni objekt. Parcele ležijo skupaj in oblikujejo zaključeno celoto, v naravi predstavljajo delno obdelovano kmetijsko zemljišče, delno gozd/poraščeno zemljišče ob Gabrškem potoku. Teren je pretežno raven. The facility is located on land with agricultural use, where residential buildings are not permitted. The building has two floors (groundfloor+atic), next to it there is an auxiliary building. The land plots lie together and form a closed whole, in nature they represent partly cultivated agricultural land, partly forest/overgrown land by the Gabrško potok. The terrain is mostly flat. The plots are easily accessible via a dirt road. As with the other parts, the facility is also jointly owned, and SDH's ideal share is 20%.
